  • The current version of InstallShield provided to us has problems with Windows XP. There are instructions for a manual install on the Downloads Page.


  • The Introduction does not display properly if the current resolution for the monitor is 800x600 or for some versions of Windows. We are currently trying to identify all of the versions of Windows that are having and not having problems. Please send a note to support@wrightsoftwareco.com with the subject "Introduction problems" and let us know how your system is handling the introduction. You can read the Introduction online here.


  • On the Transaction Edit form, when creating and editing a credit card transaction, the "Save As Payment" button says "LABEL MISSING".
